TDS AUTO PARTS. WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIONS

Parts, components and products sold by TDS Auto Parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty and guarantees. Each manufacturer supplies these warranties and guarantees independently from TDS Auto Parts. The details of these warranties are on the respective manufacturer’s website. Alternatively TDS Auto Parts can provide printed “Warranty Terms and Conditions” for each manufacturer as requested.
TDS Auto Parts wants to be clear and straightforward with respect to warranty. Some products carry only 30 days of warranty and some premium products carry a lifetime warranty (to the original purchaser) Please ask questions regarding warranty and we will get you the information needed.
TABER DIESEL SERVICES repaired products. Pumps and injectors repaired or serviced by our Authorized Shop carry several different warranties. Complete overhauls carry a 1 (one) year warranty on parts and labor from the day the items leave our facility. Minor repairs including seal replacement carry a 90 day warranty from the day the item leaves our facility.
TDS Auto Parts will facilitate warranty claim submission to the subject manufacturer in the event of a claim by a customer. TDS Auto Parts is bound by the decision made by the manufacturer with respect to warranty acceptance and reimbursement.
The legal ease. NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), SHALL EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OR USE OF SUCH PRODUCTS.
TDS Auto Parts shall under no circumstances be liable for any incidental or consequential damage.
NO EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE THIS WARRANTY IN ANY WAY OR GRANT ANY OTHER WARRANTY.
